Large and clean rooms. The cleaning service was provided daily. Breakfast was very tasty with good options. It is very reasonably priced for its quality. I liked the fact that there were fountains for drinking water and ice makers. I would recommend it for visits to Saint John.

AMAZING breakfast! Very helpful front counter staff, and I liked the book of menus they had for helping choose dinner location. Incredible view (though we did have the best room in the hotel). Lots of parking. I liked that pillows were labeled as firm or soft. Lots of USB plugs.

The hotel is clean. The room is very spacious and good equipped. The beds and bedding are fantastic! The breakfast is great.

Clean, large rooms, very nice evening staff - had our room keys already before we arrived. Good showers and plenty of hot water! Large room with frig and microwave.

The staff is great. Very friendly. John and Anthony at the front desk are amazing and helpful. Tanya the room maid was extremely friendly and kind. The staff at breakfast too were great. People make the difference in this hotel. I was there with my 5 kids and they all say they love the hotel because people are friendly there.

I loved the pool, its depth, comfortable and a large pool. A large and depth of a pool is important to me. The clean and odour free of the room. Plus, I love the hours of the pool. I was very happy that there were enough towels. I just wish the towels were larger.

The breakfast was nice and simple, exceptionally clean and organized. Food was re filled as it ran out, so the staff are very keen and helpful.

Great breakfast. We stayed two nights and there were different choices each morning. Loved the closeness to the walking path taking us to the downtown. We had a fire alarm one evening. The staff at the front desk was superb at ensuring everyone was out of the building promptly and kept us all updated. In the end it was a false alarm but we appreciated the calmness of the staff.

Very welcoming front staff. Room was comfortable, ample space, very comfortable mattress. The continental breakfast was great! Much better than most continental breakfasts we've had with many options, warm and cold. Ample parking.

Holiday Inn trains its staff very well and I congratulate them on that....best reception staff that I have ever ever encountered. The room was great, clean ,comfortable..very impressed. I would stay here again. Great breakfast also. Wonderful place( none of my family or friends work here).
